SVS offers all full-time employees a $50k Basic Life/AD&D Policy paid for completely by SVS, Short-Term Disability completely paid for by SVS, and Long-Term Disability completely paid for by SVS. These plans are through Principal and we have an Employee Assistance Program provided by Magellan Healthcare.

Insurance is Effective the 1st of the Month Following Your Date of Hire

Holidays and Annual Leave:

  • 11 Paid Federal Holidays
  • 10 Paid Time Off (PTO) days, increases with years of service

401K Plan:

  • Employees are eligible to participate in a 401K Plan 30 days from their date of hire, including a company matching schedule that begins immediately upon entrance into the plan at 100% up to 4% of the employee's salary. 401K vesting is on a 5-year schedule. We offer funds from JPMorgan, Invesco, Pioneer, Prudential, State Street, T. Rowe Price, Federated, Alger Capital, Delaware Small Cap, Janus Triton, Virtus, and Deutsche Real Estate Securities – giving our employees a wide variety of choices and diversified investment options.
