Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Systems Engineering, Technology, and Innovation (SETI)

Semper Valens Solutions (SVS), a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), is 1 of 23 awardees to research, design, develop, integrate, and optimize the Department of Defense (DoD) information technology capabilities, systems, and solutions. DISA received 99 proposals for the restricted pool of the SETI contract, according to the Department of Defense (DOD) Press Release No: CR-128-19. The multi-award contract holds a total estimated value of $7.5 billion over the next 10 years.

The SETI multiple-award contract is designed for current and future mission requirements, next-generation technological advancements, and disruptive innovation that looks to create paradigm shifts in the ways warfighters interact with the Department of Defense’s (DOD) information technology, according to an announcement from the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) last year on the initial awards.

This award demonstrates SVS’s commitment to providing world-class solutions for our customers and expands our current DOD contract portfolio, said SVS President and Chief Executive Officer Scott Balmos. We are excited and look forward to supporting DISA with research, engineering, and deploying the next generation of defense IT.

At SVS, our core values include a strong commitment to serving our Warfighters, prioritizing our customers' missions, and treating our employees like family. Our passion for these values fuels our ability to provide top-quality solutions that offer exceptional value.
